Details for Vendors

Vendor Details
No more than six different categories of items please.

Booths will be reviewed during the shows.  Please sell only what you have listed above or you may be asked to remove them from your tables.  Repeat offenses will result in you having to leave the show and you will not be invited back in the future.

 

Booths/Displays:

v      Vendors selling homemade foods for the bake sale must follow food handler regulations.

v      Any space underneath your table visible to the public should be covered to the ground.  Displays should be kept neat, professional, & safe to the public. 

v      Some electric outlets will be available.  Please contact us for more information regarding this.  There is an additional $10 fee. 

v      You supply your own table, tablecloths, displays, chairs and fixtures unless otherwise noted on the fee schedule.

Set-Up and Break-Down:

v      Set-up is each Saturday morning after 7:00 AM but must be completed by 9:45 AM.

v      Break-down will begin at 4:00 PM.

Premises:

v      There is absolutely No Smoking!

v      No Animals allowed.

v      Booths will be outdoors in the grassy areas.  We will be open rain or shine.

v      Parking is free for both vendors and customers.

v      Vendors must park in the areas designated.

Advertising:

v      Each vendor is being asked to distribute fliers.  We must get the word out to be successful!  Flyers can be picked up at the above given address or the word file can be emailed to you so you can print the flyers yourself.

v      An internet link will be emailed to vendors who can forward onto friends, family, co-workers, anyone!  It will be emailed to all vendors prior to the craft show.

v      The Holiday Craft Show may use one or all of the following methods of advertisement; invitational postcards, flyers, event listings, sign displays, newspaper ads, banners, and internet links.

v      Postcards will be mailed out to those on our mailing list.  If you have names you’d like to submit please email them to us at info@mycraftcottage.com and those persons will receive a postcard by mail describing the event.

Rates: 

v      The entry fee and application must be received by their prospective due dates.    The fees cover advertising, permits and other incurred costs.

v      There will be no central registers.  This means you will need to handle your money at your booths and you will need to report your sales tax to the city & state.
