We send a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order leaves our warehouse. We will also send you a shipping confirmation email after all packages in your order have shipped.
 
Luxury Lobby accepts returns for any reason!

Need to return something, Not a problem. Send back any item within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges within 3 business days of receiving item.

We ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact.

Our 7-day returns gives you time to return a purchase, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.

 

 

Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.  Item must be returned with a tracking number.

 

 

Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

 

  1. Pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip, in an appropriately sized box.  Try to use the box the item was sent in to recycle.
  2. Please include the return portion of your packing slip. Please fill out why you are returning the item.
  3. Please ship the item back with a tracking number. (please make a copy for your records)

We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the fund source originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

 

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error or turns out to be defective, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
