Inn Country for all things French Country

Inn Country "The Shop" has been closed for 12 months now it has been an interesting year. I closed the doors to Inn Country at the end of Feb 2009 to Care for my Son Full time.

So I have been working hard on Olive Grove Primitives a blog I started for my cloth dolls, I joined an online Craft Marketplace to sell my dolls. I have been making them for close to 10 years now.

Late last year I start making Artist Mohair bears and I love it, So I am hoping to bring all my loves to one place the New and Improved Inn Country As you can See I have a new look and a Lot of changes it is going to be a lot more hand Made items some of the things I am hoping to bring you in 2010, French style pillows bags, pin cushions, etc. So for now I hope that you like the changes I am making and if you have any questions about anything at all, Please contact me and I will do my best to help. It has been my passion for a really long time to open my own shop. that dream come to life last year when I opened Inn Country on the north side of brisbane.

It is a boutique giftware shop with New & vintage furniture anything pretty & pink I handmake cupcake soaps, room sprays, wax melts and candles all for the shop.

I love all things vintage. I really love anything French Country/Shabby chic. I love to sew it's like my yoga. I make childrens pillows bunting flags cloth dolls handbags door stops, peg bags etc.

Things I love and have in the shop Gail McCormack paintings I also have her gift cards. I really love Natasha Burns paintings I have many paintings at home and when I decided to open the shop I had to have the paintings in the shop. When you see them you will just fall in love with them. I also stock quilts dressing gowns French Country cotton nighties aprons and cushions which I will all have on the website for purchase.

I live in Brisbane with my wonderful husband and without him any of this would not have been possible my 3 beautiful children and my 3 toys poodles. I have always been very creative and finally now that the shop is open I can offer to you beautiful handmade items that i'm sure you will love.
