Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be thrilled with your fairytaledreamsboutique.com purchase. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your dress purchase, please contact us and we will arrange to exchange your purchase. All Hair Accessories & jewelry are final sale.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange your purchase for another item available at fairytaledreamsboutique.com, or we will refund your payment. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable. You will find the return instructions on your invoice, or fill out our contact us form and we will provide you with return instructions.
Please return your package via a trackable courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Delivery & Shipping:
Please note that orders received prior to 4PM Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within 1 business day. Please allow up to 4 to 7 business days {excluding holidays} for the delivery of your package via United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the time frame requested.
At the moment, we ship only to addresses in the United States. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Rush Orders:
Please contact us to be sure that your item is in stock, and available for a rush delivery and for the additional cost to your location.
Please note: We will prepare your order within 24 hours. We do not provide Sunday delivery, saturday delivery depends on the day and time request is received.
Back-Ordered & Out-of-Stock Items:
Unfortunately, sometimes our displayed items may become back-ordered or out-of-stock. We will contact you within two business days of your order to let you know about any items that may be back-ordered or out of stock. If we are not able to reach you within two days, we will credit your order for that item(s).
