PLEASE READ OUR STORE POLICIES BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE!
Returns/Exchanges/Store Credit:
Returns: Any regular priced item may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 14 days of purchase date (Excluding custom made, personalized, or special order items. These items will be considered FINAL SALES.). Items must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase date to be accepted for a refund, NOT 14 days of customer's receipt of item.
Refunds will be applied to the same payment method on file with original order.
Exchanges/Store Credit: Any regular priced item or item marked up to 30% off may be returned for an exchange or store credit (minus original shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase date (Excluding custom made, personalized, special order items or items marked more than 30% off. These items will be considered FINAL SALES.). Items must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date to be accepted for an exchange/store credit, NOT 30 days of customer's receipt of item.
Re-shipping charges for exchanges will be charged to the payment method on file with the original order.
Gift purchases may ONLY be returned for store credit to recipient OR refunded back to purchaser's credit card (according to return policy above).
Information for ALL returns/exchanges/store credit:
Items MUST be unused, unwashed, in its original condition with all tags still attached. If we receive any items that are not in its original condition, they will be shipped back to customer and re-shipping charges will be charged to the payment method on file with original order.
You must complete the Return Merchandise Form included with your shipment for any item returned to us for a refund/exchange/store credit. We cannot process your order without this. Please Contact Us for a Return Merchandise Form, if you did not receive one or if you misplaced yours.
Make sure to indicate the email address where you would like store credit information sent. We cannot process your store credit without this.
You may ship returns to our address or stop by the store, if you are local.
