How are your candles so full of fragrance?
We use 100% soy wax which is a softer wax than parrafin and it holds onto the oils better because of that reason. Also, we use 2-3x more oil than most other candle companies do. Most of the time you can smell your candle, even when it isnt burning!
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we will do a custom order but this will take a little bit longer to process depending on what you order and the time of year. The holidays are a busier time for us. Usually custom orders ship out from our location within a week. Contact us with a description of what you want and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote.
Can you do large orders for special occasions or gifts?
Yes! We have done gifts for many bridal and baby showers, wedding favors, reunions, etc. Contact us for a quote and we will make something special and one of a kind for your special occasion!
How long does order processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped via USPS priority mail flat rate. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days.
Do you take international orders?
Sorry, but we currently only take orders and ship within the USA.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, we do not accept returns on products due to safety reasons with the candles. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order and we will work something out with you to meet everyones needs. We want everyone to be 100% satisfied with their purchases!
